My name is Ben Horsley. I am a Creative Director from the UK working with a rich variety of clients from mature startups to enterprise brands in media, tech, travel, retail, and finance.
For over 10 years I have produced design, marketing and comms for global clients including Estèe Lauder, BBC, Emirates, Cathay Pacific, Vodafone, Sky, DHL, American Express, Starbucks, ITV, Sainsbury’s, Taylor Herring, Lloyds, Arcadia Group, and many more.
Leading busy, award-winning (and award-losing) studios of likeminded digital professionals, I strive to produce first-class work across disruptive and traditional channels. As a leader, I build, motivate, and inspire brilliant teams to produce unique, head-turning work.
That’s right, I count every single one. From my very first freelance job (a photoshoot with a goth band in a wet Farnborough underpass) to my most recent (flying to Bonn, Germany to roll out DHL’s global Great Place to Work campaign).
